Love – The wonderful weekend I just spent with my sweetheart. Delightful man decided to surprise me by arranging for us to run away for my birthday.
Love – Knowing that my sweetheart took my email from a few months ago to heart, and used it as the basis of this weekend’s birthday gift.
Love – Coming home to a clean apartment and inquisitive kitties.
Love – Knowing that there’s minimal laundry and cleaning to do, since we did it all Thursday night.
Love – That I get to relive the experience (and share the highlights) when I download the photos and sort through the ephemera.
Love – The possibilities a fresh week provides.

Yes, I am particularly proud of the fact that I managed to plan and execute the entire getaway without having you deduce that something was up. I am a sneaky bastard!!
